Purpose of role:
This position is responsible for providing business solutions to clients in key specialty areas of Human Resources & Human Capital Development. Applicant will be expected to transform best people practices at Clients’ organisations. Organisational development requires one to conduct workplace enhancement solutions. In this role the candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad variety of HR/HCD assignments in terms of both technical and contextual content supporting the Senior Consultants.
Job Description:
- Work on multifaceted projects that demand strong analytical, creative problem-solving, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Deliver end-to-end system life-cycle development of major HR/HCD/OD/Strategy consultancy projects.
- Assist with preparation of business cases and business development engagements for new projects.
- Demonstrate capability to integrate digitalisation and AI into HR/HCD solutions.
- Draft business/project/tender proposals based on preliminary data gained from client interaction and/or Request for Proposals (RFPs), Invitation to Quote (ITQ) or other tender documents (GeBiz, etc.)
- Develop and contribute future-centric Consulting Solutions (human resources/human capital development assessment and human resource needs analysis, etc.)
- Responsible for conducting research, developing project methodology, developing consulting instruments (questionnaires, surveys etc.), analysing and interpreting data, drafting recommendations and reporting results.
- Provide project analysis, project area assessment, user needs analysis and business systems design for major projects.
- Assist with the development of client business solutions.
- Keep abreast with standards and developments within the various consulting solutions areas to stay informed and ahead of the competition.
- Carry out research and analysis of management reports and data based on applicable HR/HCD/OD/Leadership Development knowledge.
- Present a professional image in conduct, attitude and attire.
- Willing and able to travel regionally and beyond for project assignments.

- Key communication would be with the clients and related stakeholders with frequent status updates provided to the S/VP (Consulting).
- Good understanding of various HR/HCD/OD/Strategy business processes and strategic models.
- High standard of spoken and written English; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.

- Able to perform tasks related to the execution of a client engagement without or minimal day-to-day supervision.

Qualification and Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource or related degree equivalent or recognised post-graduate diploma in a related field; a Masters degree is preferred
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience as a management consultant in HR/HCD/OD or in a relevant position
- Proficiency and experience in HR/HCD functions
- Work experience that demonstrates strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
